Donna Swedosh is a fully qualified, registered psychologist who graduated from Monash University with first class honours and is clinically trained at the doctoral level. Additionally she is a Medicare service provider for individuals eligible for rebates, as referred by General Practitioners and Psychiatrists.

Donna has advanced training and experience in clinical assessment and treatment, having previously worked in adult public and private mental health settings. Her practice focuses on the promotion of psychological health, and offers assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological concerns and disorders, such as adjustment to life changes, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss.

Donna primarily uses an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating empirically tested treatment interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. This framework promotes a collaborative relationship between the psychologist and client to explore concerns or problems in order to develop effective strategies to cope with current life situations.
